One winning ticket will be selected in a random drawing on Friday, October 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at the Choices In Community Living Dayton office. You do not need to be present to win.

If all 500 tickets are sold, the winning ticket will receive $10,000! If fewer than 500 tickets are sold, the winner will receive 50% of the total ticket sales.

Funds may help provide adaptive equipment and technology, medical supplies, eyeglasses, hearing aids, clothing, recreation and community outings, accessible transportation, home furnishings, holiday gifts, camps, and tickets to movies, concerts, sporting events, and other special experiences.

Registration forms and payment must be postmarked by Friday, October 23, 2026.
